350th Sqdn. This crew joined the 100th Group in mid October 1943.

L. W. Houghton's photo appears on p. 192 of "CONTRAILS" but no other record is found. On a crew roster of 3/3/44 a Sgt. Edward C. Butchino (CPT /3/45) is the LWG. L. W. Houghton was replaced on the crew by S/Sgt W. McCurry. Pfc. Delbert E Barnhart was transferred to the 100th Bomb Group, 350th Bomb Squadron on Sept 7, 1943 along with Pfc Woodrow W. McCurry from the 1141 Quartermaster Complany. S/Sgt W. McCurry was assigned to Lt G Gough's crew as a replacement for their LWG and he completed his tour of duty just prior to the Berlin Missions (March 2, 1944 Chartres AF) Crew flew "Berlin Playboy" and "Cahepit"
